Starting in August, mega chain store Target, will begin carrying designer makeup for less. Some of the name brands you’ll find are Napoleon Perdis, Jemma Kidd and Pixi. I’m very excited about the Napoleon Perdis products, the ones I’ve tried in the past were great. What will you be picking up?
