Beauty Blogging and the FTC

I’m sure most of you have heard about the new rules the Federal Trade Commission has put out concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.

I just wanted to say that I buy a lot of the items I review on this blog, but I also receive press samples. You will see more of these type of reviews in the future, but please note that I will never write a positive review just because I receive a product for free. That would defeat the whole reason I started this blog to begin with. I will give you my honest opinion on every product I review whether it was free or not.

I just wanted to make it clear that I will from this day forward be telling you at the bottom of each post if I have received a press sample of the item.
