I applaud the mascaras; I love those two as well. I disagree with Cover Girl Outlast. I’ve tried it three times hoping each time that it will work, but it’s awful. I also disagree with Aveeno; their products make me break out terribly.
I love Allure’s list. I look forward to it every October. Thanks for the post!
