Cover Girl Wet Slicks Amaze Mint gloss is AMAZING! I have to admit I only picked this up because it was free, but boy am I glad I did.

Pros:

• Mint Flavor which leaves you feeling fresh
• Packaging. I love lip glosses with a wand.
• Non sticky texture.
• 13 great shades(several of which are formulated to make your teeth appear whiter.)
• Price

Cons:

• The only con I could find with this gloss is that it doesn’t have a whole lot of staying power. It’s OK though, because of the fresh mint feeling it gives you I find myself wanting to reapply it over and over.

Overall, I give this gloss 2 thumbs up. I like it so much I’ll even go as far as to say this is my favorite drugstore gloss at the moment! Hurry to your local CVS and check it out for free. Don’t live near a CVS? It’s OK you can find it elsewhere for around $5.99.

Did anyone else catch The Hills season premiere last night? I’ll admit it I did. I never really got into it until recently, but now I’m hooked. I always love Audrina’s makeup on the show don’t you? Lucky for us, she shared her makeup tips with Allure magazine in the September Issue. Here’s what she told the magazine.

• My eyes are hazel, but sometimes they’ll look more brown, amber, or green. When my hair is dark, it brings out the green. (My hair is naturally dirty blonde.)
• I love black eyeliner. I put it on the inner rims of my lash lines, top and bottom. If I want a more dramatic look, I’ll go back over the top lash line just a tiny bit to darken it. If I mess up, I’ll just smudge the line with my finger and put eyeshadow over it. At night, I’ll switch to green, violet, or blue liner, and make it thick on top and winged out at the ends. And I always stick to pencil-lately I’ve been loving Maybelline because I never have to touch it up.
• For shadow, I use MAC all that glitters as the base and a dark brown or maroon right in the crease. And mascara’s a must. Too faced Lash Injection makes my lashes long and full. When I go out, I add Benefit Gilded highlighter on my brow bones. It really makes your eyes stand out.

I stopped into CVS today to see what kind of deals they had going on this week, and they had some great ones so I’m glad I did.
